1. Use of the Platform
- Doodli provides tools to generate animated children's shows, episodes, and related kid-safe stories for fun, learning, and entertainment purposes.
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the platform or its AI systems.
2. User Content
"User Content" refers to any descriptions, images, characters, stories, or other inputs you upload to Doodli.
You agree that:
- You own the rights to your User Content or have permission to use it.
- You grant Doodli a limited license to process your content solely to generate outputs requested by you.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
3. Generated Content (Output)
- Content generated through AI features ("Output") is created based on your inputs and team activity.
- You are responsible for ensuring generated output is used in compliance with your subscription plan and applicable laws.
- Doodli does not claim ownership of your outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials and profile information accurate and secure.
- Promptly update account information if it changes.
- Notify our support team of any unauthorized or suspicious account activity.
- Remain responsible for all actions performed through your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Eligible plans may include a 7-day free trial before paid renewal.
- Billing, plan limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and in your account.
- You may cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid future charges.
- Unless required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.
- Doodli may modify pricing with prior notice (for example, by email or in-app notice).
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Use the platform to violate legal rights or applicable regulations.
- Share account access in a way that violates your plan or these Terms.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, access restrictions, or service safeguards.
- Use the platform in ways that disrupt service availability or platform integrity.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Doodli platform, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains the property of Doodli and its licensors.
- You retain rights to content you upload and outputs you create, subject to these Terms and plan limitations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Doodli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data.
- Service interruptions or availability issues.
- Accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; where applicable, total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either you or Doodli may terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Breach payment obligations.
- Use the platform in ways that create legal or security risk.
- You may also cancel your account at any time through available account/support channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
